When you join the Telegram community or submit a registration form on this site, I ask for your Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp / Phone Number.

The primary purpose and specific reason for storing this contact information is to maintain a backup direct communication channel.

In the digital world, relying solely on a single third-party platform (such as Telegram) carries risks beyond our control—for example:

  • My personal Telegram account faces unexpected restrictions or suspensions.
  • A community group or channel link is suddenly flagged, banned, or rendered inaccessible to members.
  • The platform experiences widespread technical outages.

Should any of these events occur, having your email or WhatsApp number enables me to reconnect directly with community peers, share an updated invite link, and ensure that our shared discussions and learning resources continue smoothly.

3. Information That Is Collected

  1. Information You Provide Voluntarily:
    • Name: To address you respectfully and personally.
    • Email Address: To deliver community updates, educational notes, or replacement group links during technical disruptions.
    • WhatsApp Number: For rapid, dependable direct contact regarding urgent community matters.
  2. Limited Technical Data:
    • Our hosting and edge network provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically logs standard, anonymized network information (such as anonymized IP addresses and browser types) solely for threat prevention, anti-DDoS mitigation, and firewall protection.
  3. Local Storage (LocalStorage):
    • This site does not utilize intrusive third-party trackers. I only use localStorage in your browser to store your theme preference (Dark / Light Mode) and prevent duplicate form spam submissions.

4. Data Storage and Security

  1. All form submissions are protected via standard HTTPS/SSL encryption in transit.
  2. Contact details are securely forwarded via automated webhook into a private Google Sheet accessible only through my personal Google account, protected by Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  3. Reasonable technical measures are maintained to guard against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of this information.

5. Third-Party Services

This website interfaces with select, reputable platforms:

  • Cloudflare: Global CDN, static hosting, and edge network security.
  • Google Services: Private form automation and data storage.
  • Telegram & YouTube: Community discussions and educational video hosting.

Each third-party service operates under its respective privacy terms regarding their technical infrastructure.

6. Your Rights: Requesting Data Deletion

Your information belongs to you. If at any time you wish to:

  • Stop receiving communication via WhatsApp or email,
  • Withdraw from the community, or
  • Have your name, email, and phone number permanently deleted from my contact list (right to be forgotten),
